Sana Qureshi, M.D. is a fellowship-trained, board-certified cataract, cornea, and refractive surgeon. Dr. Qureshi graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York University with a B.A. in Political Science and minors in Chemistry and Biology. She received her M.D. at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she earned a distinction in clinical investigation.
For her postgraduate training, Dr. Qureshi completed her internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She then attended the University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Center's ophthalmology residency program, where she served as Chief Resident in her final year — a distinction reflecting both her clinical excellence and leadership among her peers.
Dr. Qureshi subsequently completed her Cornea, External Disease, and Refractive Surgery Fellowship at Harvard Medical School, one of the most competitive fellowships in ophthalmology, cementing her expertise in anterior segment surgery and advanced corneal disease management.
She has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and has been the recipient of several awards and honors throughout her career. Dr. Qureshi currently practices at Eye Associates of North Jersey in Dover, NJ, where she brings her subspecialty expertise to the care of patients throughout the region.
